3) The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries on February 4, 2015.

CONTEST RULES:
Eligibility: WHERE IS TOM* Contest (The “Contest”) is only open to residents of the GTA who have reached the age of majority in Ontario (“Customers”).
Contest Period: Starting on 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, January 9, 2015 to 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time February 4, 2015.
Contest Entry: By emailing where@tomfw.com the correct answer to “Where is TOM?”, eligible Customers will be entered into the Contest for one chance to win (i.e. one entry) the Prize.
The Contest Prize must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternatives or substitutions will be allowed.
Notification: The selected Customer will be contacted via email (using the contact information provided by the Customer at the time of entering the Contest) within 14 days after the draw.
