White Cashmere collection, is a collection of couture featured designs from more than 125 top Canadian designers since it debut in 2004. In its 10th anniversary, the shows presented its latest addition to the collection from twenty top Canadian fashion designers at Toronto’s Art Gallery of Ontario.
Twenty designers were featured on this year’s runway, familiar names like Marie Saint Pierre, David DIxon, Lucian Matis, Paul Hardy, Sunny Fong, Comrag, Anastasia Lomonova, Christopher Paunil, Carlie Wong, Duy Nguyen and along with this year collection curator / designer Farley Chatto. The garments and accessories are crafted in 100 percent bathroom tissue (aka toilet paper). Designers show us different ways to handle the same material and created stunningly beautiful couture pieces. Be sure to browse thru the collection.
For a good cause, The White Cashmere collection is part of Cashmere’s ongoing support of the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, throughout October Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
