African Fashion Week Toronto 2018 Student Designer Competition – NYKWALE

For the past six years, the annually held African Fashion Week Toronto (AFWT), again hosted its Student Designer Competition to provide a venue for student designers to test the creative and technical skills.

This year, seven emerging designers were chosen for the competition and the winner, Eugenie Amegah, of the label NYKWALE, is chosen to be the opening act for the two days AFWT2018 runway presentation with her winning collection. Here we bring you the looks from the collection. Enjoy.
