In its 5th year, Downtown Yonge BIA bring back Fashion on Yonge and it showcase the latest Fall 2017 looks from different retailers and partners in the Downtown Yonge neighborhood.
This year, they partnered with both Fashion Zone at Ryerson University, which features designers from their entrepreneurship program.  Meanwhile, Toronto Film School once again featured some of their fashion design students’ collection.  In this installment, we featured the looks from these emerging designers and brands.
Among the emerging brands, we found an interesting concept such as this modular track suit from Ki Made.  Also, Ethical, socially responsibility made are among the big callout among these emerging designers.
Fashion on Yonge is also a fund raising event.  With the help of partners and beauty sponsors like Gemini models, makeup artists from Hudson’s Bay, and Spellbound Hair Designs.  The net proceedings from from this event will go towards Covenant House, which provides vital resources for at-risk and homeless youth here in Toronto and across the country.
